ISO (International Standards Organisation) is a measure of sensitivity. A low ISO is around 50,it is used in very bright conditions .A high ISO is around 1600 and is used in darker conditions. When you use a high ISO it leaves noise which makes the image very blurry, to stop this you need to use exposure and aperture to get rid of the blurriness.
